These deckings do require maintenance to withstand the elements and level of use - schedule in regular maintenance to help make this a selling feature of your home!!

The first few weeks of March continued to upward trend of activity levels, prior to COVID-19. We continue to see new listing and sold activities on a daily basis, with the pace of activity slowing down.
