Meeting with Your Agent - It's never too soon as I am part of the process...

Have you been trying to decide whether or not you want to buy a home in this crazy market?

If you are thinking about making the call (or text or email), it’s probably time. Whether you are planning on buying a home 3 months from now, or 12 months from now, it’s important to meet with an agent to discuss current market conditions, what to expect during the process, and how to prepare to be as competitive as possible. There is a lot to learn about the home buying process before we start touring houses, and I prefer to set my buyers up for a successful and smooth experience from the start.

I can help answer questions like:
▪️ How much money do I need to have saved?
▪️ How do I get pre-approved?
▪️ How should I prioritize my must-have list?

Sometimes after we meet buyers realize that they want to get started sooner, while others decide they would like to save more money first.

If you’re considering making a move, I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Send me a message – no strings attached!
